Corsa 1.2 8volt merit:
90k at the time, bought it with a head gasket failure, after that was sorted it never skipped a beat
Then at 106k the XE was put in:
Few wiring and tps problems to be expected with a conversion car

My Corsa GSi, bought with 25k miles and done 100k miles in it. Last 20k were mostly track days and ragging the arse of it.
I had no problems mechanical and electrical except holing the rad. Also passed the mot every time with no failures.
Only thing it really needed was an engine rebuild due to some smoke.

Current car: Corsa C 2004
Mileage 50 000 miles on the car
Problems:
Front Shocks need changing
Strange noise when turning the car at slow speed
Past problems:
Back brakes (they were shot so badly we failed our TO or MOT for you guys)
Not to many problems on the car, just some rust in places thanks to the salt from winter, small fixes here and there.

2002 Ford Focus CDTi with all the options.
39k
It was hardly ever driven so when I first got it it was a bit lumpy on start-up, and the cam sensor went which was supposed to have been dealt with when Ford did a recall but obv the previous owner was unaware

Vauxhall corsa 1.0 brought it for 100 pound as headgasket went put a 2.0 8v engine c20seh.
That's when problems arrived.
Ripped sump off.
Drive shaft use to pop out every 10 odd miles
Broke around 10 inner Cv joints result to coilivers I brought not put together proper
Burst water hoses
Lose around 2 to 3 exhaust bolts every now and then even with loctite
Some cunt hit door and drove off.( stamped all over his window screen when I see it parked up)
1 spot of rust on door
Engine wise runs great pulls well
Love it and for a odd reason don't mind spending on it when it breaks.
