can u put too bump stops on a front lowering spring so it dosnt bottom out easy or wouldnt it help ??

When it hits the stop that is bottoming out really. If you put 2 in there it would do it sooner.
Removing the bumpstop would give you another 40mm ish

Taking the bumpstop out means you'll get a bang when going over bumps instead of a bounce, from where the top mount is hitting the strut. Trust me, my old car did it when I changed the suspension and didn't put the bumpstops on You could, however, cut the bottom half off so that it is shorter. That'll give you a bit more travel.
