Taking the turbo off of my car to have a look round it, but I cannot get this one final bolt out. Rounded away to fuck. Tried everything I can think of, including vice grips and a bolt extractor kit my Granda has plus other things. Can anyone think of anything else? Cheers.

drill it out, weld a nut onto it, mole grips/vice grips, hammer a smaller socket onto it with the force of 10 suns!

Have no access to a welder, some knob broke part of the trigger. Soon as I get it back I will try that tho!

cut bolt off then drill a hole in it then hammer a torques socket in to it and then bolt removed

It's the lowest bolt on the turbo cover, little or no access at all. Would it be worth stripping the rad out to get straight at it?

Rad out isn't a massive job and does give you loads more room.

Not hard mate just leave plenty of time to do it if your not sure, just take your time finding all the bolts and fixings. If you want to make it really easy remove front bumper, then remove the radiator draining out liquids. Just remember how you took it to bits, this one is not hard.

I find the worst part of when you take the radiator off (only ever done on non-turbos though), is not the removal but the refitting of all the hose pipes. Simply because the clips are an absolute cunt. You have to get pliers on the clips, hold down the force, then it slips and you have to repeat until you get the hose clip in the right place, such a pain in the ass.
