Hi this is going to be a birthday present for my missus, I want to whisk her away to Paris for a weekend... but as she works at a college they're fussy about what times she can have off. I was hoping I could purchase some tickets that say something like 'To be used within 12 months of purchasing' so she has the gift but can work out later when we're actually going to go. Anyone know if this exists!?

Cheers that's not a bad idea but you can't get a table for 2 which seems a bit less romantic lol, and it's a bit rushed perhaps? I'd prefer it if you were able to stay over for a night or something.
