Righto as the car is off the road for a few weeks and ive got a few uprated parts already im looking to squeeze a bit more power out of the LET, anyone in the know care to share some of your knowledge (Nic, Ben, Gregg, Dale, Beardy, Pagey)
currently running standard boost on standard actuator & kkk16 turbo etc.
here is what ive got in terms of parts (not yet fitted) what else would benifit these and in terms of setting up whats the best way to go.
XE inlet Cam
EDS enlarged top hat
FMIC
Cossie 071c Plugs (gapped to .6)
Ordered:
EDS phase2 chips
Adjustable Kent Verniers (will retard the inlet)
Still need?
uprated actuator
Fuel Pressure regulator (looking at the Nesso racing fuel rail)
Injectors? (standard yellows at the mo but dont want to be maxing these)
in terms of fueling how should i be setting this up? 3.5bar or more on what injectors
obviously im looking for a good usable ammount of power around 250-270 any more is a bonus I don't want to damage the engine in anyway by being stupid with what im fitting so will be getting it set up on a rolling road.

im currently doing my let corsa and doin the same as you.
injectors i would probs say red saab or vxr injectors that wil cover you nicely and you should probs seem more 270+ with all that
walbro fuel pump would be good to get aswell.

As mentioned, uprated pump and injectors.. I ran VXR blue injectors, Walbro 255 fuel pump and a SARD pressure reg(still have them)
Think I was running mine at 3/3.5bar (Can't remember). It made 265bhp without the Walbro fuel pump.. but the graph highlighted the fact I needed a bigger pump (power droped off at 4.5krpm).
What exhaust are you using?

Funny how people spend £1000's on there engine but never buy a wideband.
Do not guess fuel pressure do it right.
If you are not going to buy on then borrow one or pay someone to set the levels

Wideband wasn't listed as it's pretty much a necessity. AEM one is what I'm after.
I'm looking for more info on parts and adjustment. For example What injectors are best suited for what I'm after etc. And as stated above it will be set up on a rolling road.

a couple of people have said that to be honest nic, but a few have also said the yellows might be working to the end of thier tolerances so i wasnt sure.
i could keep the yellows for now and if needed move onto saab reds or the vxr blues.
