Vauxhall 2.0L 16v - Recently rebuilt with new Rings & Shells
Garrett T3 turbo
Large Demon Tweaks Universal Intercooler
Aluminium & Samco Intercooler Pipes
Custom Exhaust Manifold
Programmable ECU
Jenvey 48mm Side Draught Throttle Bodies
Cosworth Grey Injectors (403cc/min)
3bar Map Sensor (ECU etc can run up to 2Bar/30psi
However...Lower Boost being used for now due to Standard Compression Ratio
FUTURE - Low Compression Pistons :-)

Gearbox:
Brand new Quaife Automatic Torque Bias Diff
Vauxhall F20 2wd Flywheel (Lighter than the original)
Gear linkage overhauled with new bushes
AMT Drive Shafts that come with the kit
Allegro 1750cc CV Joints

Brakes:
Metro Turbo 4Pot Callipers
Cross Drilled/Vented Discs
Green stuff Pads
Braided Brake Lines throughout the car
Girling master cylinder with AMT brake pedal box
Adjustable Valve for Rear Bias
Standard Rear Drums with built in spacer

Performance:
Last Year - with 170bhp @ the fly - 0-60 in 6.2 Seconds & 1/4 mile in 14.6 Seconds
This was without the Quaife Diff
It will be quicker this year as it should hopefully have between 250bhp/300bhp once everything
is set up properly with the Turbo, Programmable Fuel Injection & Throttle Bodies

yeh but read the bottom bit, it was tested without the tbs etc
