Hey guys just sold a phone on eBay and the guy messages me straight away asking for a imei number?
Now my question is can he scam me with using the imei is I give it to him?
Basically the phone has no service I've checked the imei and it's clear, just wondering if he could clone it at all thanks.

Changing or cloning the IMEI number is illegal.
He probably just wants to do a check himself to see if it's blocked.
This should probs be in offday too buddy.
