How often you workout?
How many grams of protein do you consume through food?
What are your goals?

3000cals a day, to bulk really, maybe more, but you don't want to over do it.
Protein with milk, cook food with olive oil etc. Just up your portion size of the meat of your meal (this is unless you go down the 6 meals a day thing)
You'll be looking at about 3 servings of your shake a day, when your training atleast + food.
When your not training I would just have one in the morning and then maybe as a snack mid afternoon. Many bulking shakes are loaded with cals so you shouldnt really struggle.
Kieran is currently bulking on here, he has a pint of milk a day I think, excluding what he uses for shakes and cereals etc.

I think some the guidelines for protein per 1lb is somewhere between 1.5-1.7g, I may be wrong.
So if your around the ten or eleven stone mark, you want in excess of 220grams of protein. Two chicken/steak/turkey servings and 3 shakes should cover that in most, then what ever you get from your food.
