I must admit I feel kind of sorry for him but then again if you list without reserve this is what can happen. If you did want it I don't mind if he drops it off at my office and then arrange Courier from there?

Wouldn't worry because it's back on eBay at £400. I also dont think it fully works on the newer stuff like astra j and insignia does it?

You can report him to eBay but you won't get anywhere, my dad bought something off eBay on a buy it now at 99p, then he got an email saying there's a mistake it's ment to be 99p starting bid, so the seller canceled the item we contacted eBay and they said they can't do anything about it

It's a piece of piss getting new eBay accounts. Getting a different IP isn't a major problem these days either.
