Just ram everything and anything in. I eat 6-7 meals a day and 2 1000cal protien shakes.
Getting around 4000-5000 cals a day. But I struggle to put weight on so I need that much to gain.
Still eat clean if you want but to get the amount of cals you need is hard.
I'd say get a mass weight gainer and just eat about 500-600 cals per meal. The weight will pile on!

At the end of the day your bulking that means putting on size, fat and weight. If you ever wanna do a cut you still can get rid of that fat. Just feel depressed a bit when the scales get worse lol
