no idea what modifications of any others it has apart from that vx performance inlet manifold and the exhaust is straight through job with only a back box, no cat.

it goes pretty well though, had 3 runs on dyno, first was 128bhp in that video ,2nd was 134bhp and 3rd was a 132bhp. good torque, graph is quite good really and seems a decent engine. shame its getting ripped out shortly for an 20xe

My old one made 108 at the wheels, with a power box, 4-1, ported throttle body and cat back exhaust. Such a under estimated engine imo. Great fun on a budget.

theyre an engine ive never really bothered with sadly. my mate has dta ecu sat there, couldve put that on sorted the fueling out better probably wouldve seen a bit more power from it as it was. instead its getting taken out to sell. only wanted the power run to make sure it was a good healthy engine before he sold it.

I'd say, cams, exhaust manifold, ARP rod bolts and fit the DTA.

Won't be far off XE power, and lighter.

Cams and exhaust manifold will cost more than a 20xe engine though pmsl. Plus there are some bike bodies kicking about I think will end up on the 20xe as it gets fitted.

Not entirely sure what's happening with it yet. Original plan was to 20xe it on tbs by the end of the month but seems as though we are running out of time. Probably just be a winter mess on for my mate for next year. From what I gather yesterday the 1600 won't be staying though.
