It is illegal already, you can't wash your car in the street because of the chemicals and what not your putting into public drains you have to be registered with your local council and give them coshh data for every single product thenthere's street traders license aswell all that stuff is very strict belive me

But as said they will never enforce it on joe public cleaning his own car on the street because it simply wouldn't be enforceable

The only way I'll pay to have my car cleaned is if an 18 year old blonde sucks my cock while its being done tbh.

I don't agree with their concern about pop up hand car wash businesses, I'm sure the EA are quite capable of regulating them as well.

Normal people,

As said though councils just choose not to inforce it because it would be totally ludicrous and Impossible to do

Of course you can't just pump any old chemicals into the drains but cause your not doing on the scale of these car wash's they wont bother you, but if they wanted to they could take action

I know I've been through all this with councils I have to do all the stuff and comply with it very strictly for my work I'm not just assuming I'm talking from experience so don't try tell me it's not right

Fucking daft. Essentially a group of companies asking the government to ban something so they can make more money, sounds like some kind of legalised extortion.
