im stripping mine down as its crash damaged.. and i had a guy on here j100rsa fit my 2.0 16 into my corsa but im removing my engine and putting it into another corsa.... mechanicaly im very confident to do it, but one thing i just want to know is about the loom?

does the loom pull through form the footwell outwards into the engine bay or the visa versa? as the whole dont look big enough to do it the other way

but the ecu plug is massive and would go through the gromit

I pulled my loom from the bay into the car so if your taking it out pull it back into bay. Take the ECU off the plug and it'll easily go through the hole.

im on about the clip ontop of the ecy itself..... im not ready to remove the engine yet but just after an idea before i do

It's tight area, but having done it quite a few times it does fit
