Newb alert

Hi, my mate has a Corsa C Exclusiv and it has recently started ticking from behind the dash on the passenger side. Seems to mainly happen when you start the car and lasts around a minute but sometimes randomly happens when you change something electrical in the cab, ie - wipers, fan speed, lights etc.

Any ideas what it could be or anyone had or heard of this problem before?
