General information -
I'm the first "proper" owner of this car, it was a dealer car previously. The car is currently at 20,300 miles of which I've done roughly the last 5k in the year I've owned it.
Since owning the car I've not had a problem with it, and it was serviced at Marshall Honda in York just a couple of weeks ago with nothing of note on their inspections.
The car has got a full Honda service record with all the appropriate paperwork.
With this being a late 2010 model, it's factory fitted with LSD which is a rather sought after feature on these cars.

The only modifications made to the car are:
1) Auto folding wing mirrors when locking/unlocking the car.
2) Team HEKO wind deflectors
3) Brake Calipers have been cleaned, and painted silver with the "Type R" lettering painted in black/red
4) GP Front and Rear splitters
5) Brodit Mobile Phone mount, I'll leave the base mount behind but will be taking the Galaxy S2 attachment with me
The splitters were bought second hand from a Civinfo user, and came off a 2007 car - so were a bit "scruffier" than the rest of the car. I'm a perfectionist (or I like to think I am) when it comes to the appearance of my car - so I had a spray job done to bring the rear splitter up to scratch, and it looks absolutely bang on.
I'm a wannabee detailer, car is cleaned most weekends and thoroughly protected every few months. I've had the car machine polished once this summer to remove some swirls, and the car in its current state is like a (red) mirror.
All four tyres I believe are the original Bridgestone Potenzas, the fronts are probably due for replacing in another couple of thousand miles - but at my rate of mileage would take me till next spring!
Tax expires at the end of October 2012, but the sale (if made before that date) would include a year's tax.
