Bought this last night as it was cheap enough, its a phase 2 D-turbo but has HDi bumper and crystal headlights etc which is nice. Its currently in MOT spec as the MOT boys always seem to fail them when there lowered.

Plan on lowering it after MOT and hopefully a set of cyclones, would like a phase 3 bootlid then it would be a full HDi replica. Nice to have something to play with again.

Loved my old 1, only thing it was missing was skirts.
I put a phase 3 bumper on it, half leathers, black cylones and crystal headlights and the rubstrips and badge black.
Before the black wheels

Only things i changed within a year and a half were cambelt, aux belt etc, priming bulb and exhaust due to it falling off doing 90mph in the outside lane of the M5!

I just can't seem to find something that I'm entirely happy with. I don't have deep pockets to spend on a car so I keep buying pieces of shit

I was happy with the Astra but I missed having a car to toy about with as the Astra was perfect.

My insurance gave me a bollocking today when I was changing the car

Yea its a slug atm Getting a gauge pod made up by someone and then I can fit my boost gauge and up the boost , I have the crappy Lucas pump though. The Bosch ones are meant to be loads better for tuning.

De-wipered it today
