run the reg threw hpi dvla find registers keeps name then get name and address out of seller . ask hi questions like number of previous owners ect any hpi then check it against the dvla hpi data records simple.

i like the cheeky bit of making their username "judith" as if people will see it and think its some little old innocent dear called judith selling it... be a bit different if user was called "fat trev"

HPI check doesn't give the registered keepers name and the DVLA aren't going to tell you within 15 hours and not without good reason.
