Just cut out any metal that isnt needed!

theres a small patch of sound proofing in that picture on the rear quater panel have you removed this on yours jed

Lightweight wheel nuts, cut the backs off any long screws/bolts, sound deadening in roof, half of dash, rear window wiper, smaller battery, diet

basically my corsa is having a diet but i dont plan to go silly, its c20xe with the aim for some tb's the diet includes,

fibreglass wings
carbon bonnet
perspex windows
stripped rear
lighter wheels
im gonna holesaw holes where ever possible even into the front/rear crash panels, rear quaters
possibly fibreglass boot but im not sure on this one!

basically with said above removed and around 180-200 bhp on tap should make a nippy car

sound deadening in the roof is half out, still a little bit there to do, already chopped the dash, doesnt have a rear window wiper as its a FG boot, its got the standard 1.6 battery (them little race ones are expensive!) haha

what you using the car for mate. FG boot was first on my list, less weight on the rear for better traction up front for the strip, thats why iv started taking it out the rear first, see how far i can go...

nothing to serious odd trackdays/sunday morning hoon etc but taking away weight is far cheaper than spending money on an engine in my opinion!
