Just recently swapped my corsa c with a older guy and a passat i told him the problems with corsa now he is phoning me asking for his car back threating police etc where do i stand as im under the impression that sold as seen etc they would tell him to jog on ?

if you have a V5 (both) in your name tell him to feck off

He still has his to send off and i lost mine so filled a v62 for him

oh, sorry.....

I misread the orig post and thought you'd been givena older <corsa> and a passat for the Corsa C.

If he still has the V5 for his car, that you now have.... it could be problematic

If you're going to sell/swap a dodgy car - for god sake don't mess up with the V5

It wasnt dodgy i told him the little bits it needed lol but yeah in hindsite i should of said ill send it away
