yeah buddy he came up to swindon yesterday and done the swooop well i never really liked the speedlines only because
nearly all corsa b's have them and i didnt want it to be the same plus i quite liked the look of the black blades on mine

but no one seems to like the change

Update **

Right couple of bits to add got the new back box on with
A bit of chopping as the centre pipe was too long ..

Also I had a bit of a revving problem on the car as it would
Idle at about 1500-2000 revs so we took off the idle control
Valve and gave it a clean out with a bit of trusty carb cleaner !!

Next thing is I bought a manual steering rack to go on the car
And apparently your only able to do it by takin the engine out which
Is a lie as mine never moved apart from removing a few over bits to
Get it in and was a pain in the arse to do an lots of swearing but it's
In !!!

Time to start just taking a few bits off to make it a bit easier to get too

This was the way we had planned to pull the steering rack out with but realised not gonna happen

Then eventually we had to take off the manifold, gear linkage and rear engine mount to get
The bastard out !!!

All the excess piping which came out (weight saving)

New steering rack to go in...

The difference it feels from a power steering rack which wasn't working to a purpose
Built manual rack is unreal so much better to drive

This is why I had to replace the backbox as its fair to say mine was fooked

Then just putting bumper back on

Then it's had a well deserved clean

That's all for now

Been a while since ive done anything nothing major but worth noting...

1st thing was my top rad pipe split and pissed out every where and making the engine bay look like
complete shite i forgot to take a pic of the old pipe but can show you the mess it made

I will clean it

this is the new pipe anyway Roose motorsport £38 for just this one bit

then i bought a rear bumper from southwest vauxhall spares

Old one just shittly sprayed and crap

new one hasnt been smoothed like the old one and the trim bits will eventually be resrayed in black plus bumper needs a
clean, still 10x better imo..

as i was changing the bumpers over i also noticed a few rust problems mainly where the spare wheel goes which
i will probably be getting cut out next month and re welded

ive also got straight through power flow system off a friend which i completely forgot to take pictures of and
ive got some rear Avo adjustable coilover to go on will put pictures up once done
