hey guys,
as stated ive got something wrong with battery/charging system unsure what.
The car started an charged fine when i got it then after a month the battery light was always on so changed the alternater as was simplest solution and changed the belt same time as it was shot, that didnt sort it out so checked all fuses an there was one half burnt so replaced that n the light went away.
now the problem is that even if i leave the car running to charge the battery by the next morning it wont have enough charge to start, any solutions?

How old is the battery itself!? Might be an old battery !?

I've fount Bosch silvers ones to be the best. 4 year warranty too!

Could be an interior light staying on. ive done this before. went out and bought a new battery stilldidnt fx it. then i realised after two days the light in the boot was staying on.
take it too ats or somewhere like that. they'll do a free battery check

noo goes off when the engine starts, ive thought of that, the boot light an front roof light go off when doors close so think it nearly deffo battry gone :/
Ill see if a mates dad can check the battery for me as he woorks in a garage, wil visit ats otherwise thanks

Has the battery been charged and killed a few times in the past? Could just be f****d and not holding the charge
|
