Who's been? And where are the places to go?

Thinking of going for a weekend away with the girlfriend before the end of the year, and seen as neither of us have been before, this could be a good choice!

Hotel recommendations, places to visit and thing to do please! Also rough prices for stuff over there as well

expensive but worth it

Amsterdam Dungeons
Diamond Museums
Red Light District
Dam Square
Liedsplien
Heineken Museum
Sex Museum
Even the Floating Flower market is worth a look

You can make it mega expensive with hotels or cheap. I've stayed at the SAS Raddison in the centre and the Krasnapolsky, neither of which could be described as cheap but then I don't really go in for youth hostels etc

Been looking at hotels which are around £220pp for 3 nights, i'm just not sure which are the best areas to stay in

As close to Dam Square or Leidsplien as you can but tbf, the trams connect everything up anyway
