I had been looking for an s14a for a good month or so, having to put up with the reliable yet boring '97 Primera I had bought when my Corsa XE went tits up for that bit longer. I started looking about mid September and immediately realised I was going to struggle to find one local since PH, autotrader, forums, eBay, gumtree etc. didn't even have any for sale based in Scotland let alone Glasgow. I eventually came across one based in Barnsley that interested me so I arranged a lift down to view it last month with a couple of mates. We left early and got there for half 12, had a look around it and it seemed perfect for what I was looking for. It's been great for the last month even though you could count the dry days I've had driving it so it's been quite a learning curve!
Spec is as follows:
3" stainless turbo back exhaust (de-cat pipe included)
Unknown tubular manifold
Polished boost pipes
FMIC
Unknown cone filter
Gizzmo boost controller
Unknown boost gauge
BEAT single DIN headunit
Boot spoiler (not sure which)
Pictures:
Planning to fit a set of Apex coilovers, a decent set of wheels and I'm going to either replace or upgrade the brakes. Any comments or criticism welcome, thanks for looking

Thought I recognised that number plate. Where in Barnsley was it from?

Is it just me who thinks they look ugly in their standard form.

I like the headlights and a bit of the front bumper, but the side/rear views remind me of a Ford probe or some american thing, Saturn?

It does look a bit like a Probe, I've always thought it has a similar side profile, thankfully it doesn't drive like one though! I can see the point people are making with the looks but as said, coillies and a nice set of wheels are going to set it off a treat.
