Hello everyone.
As we all know the rod gear linkege is pritty shit.
i am puting a cable shift conversion kit together for my car.
would anyone be intreasted in a group buy on the kits il be selling?
things to note:
All kits will come with everything you need (pritty mutch a plug a play sort of thing)
All kits a new GM parts.
this kit is would be only for the F16,F18 and F20 gearbox.
Price's am guessing will be around £200/250 per kit i know this may seem alot but this is a base price for now
there's only one car in the UK i know of to have done this (video on youtube) although not with the real parts needed to do so alot of drilling, tapping, cuting ect.
I have missed loads out here so any info or questions you have please feel free to U2U me or post in here
thanks toby

yes and no, there's alot of work involed I.E drilling and tapping into the gearbox to make it work and even then it's no better then the rod shift,fi did say it's a base price a group buy would bring that down loads.
edit:I can get pics of the parts i can get hold of ect. All parts are comeing from over sea's as vauxhall don't stock them over here.

You need to get some pics and major details.
No offence Intended, but no way would I send money to a relatively new user, for an item to be made to order and potentially wait months while its made

i have bin on and off this site for years, used to be called fillmecca am sure Ian will stand by that. the parts are real GM parts not made to order so turn around time should be. no more then 4/5 weeks from paying to your front door.

Am guessing it has mate. The reason behide all this is that i have a mate who live's over sea's sending me a kit over so il be geting a few sent over at the same time to sell on. I think this is the best mod ill every do to my car tbh.
