It has been done yes.

once you decide on keeping the fly by wire throttle or going to a cable throttle and stand alone the rest will be simple, mtec did a kit for fitting z20let and x20xev in to the B.

My pals nova c20let is running full z20let management and ecu, he says its not that hard to put a z20let in a corsa b/nova and get it running
