2.4 billion people have Internet access.

400k views means that 0.016 percent of those have watched the video in the last hour, as a very broad stat.

That's not that big a percentage tbh.

The view count must not update instantly as well. BBC posted a picture at 17:20 of the view count and the number is same at 17:30.

It is fucking shit as well and indicative of how society is dumming itself down gradually.

My mate came back from Japan at the start of the year raving about it, I told him to turn it off after 30 seconds as it was hurting my ears and I didn't find the guy remotely funny.
