great driving from the cop but I really cannot help but ask why did the bike not get away in such heavy traffic. you would think it's nimbleness would be such an advantage?

However, in asking that, i'm unsure what car was being driven.

The bloke on the bike wasn't a great rider and the copper took a few too many risks for him to be considered a great driver. Quick, but not necessarily safe or great.
