Those jeans are Jap imports for about 3 seasons ago. They will be made in Thailand under licence and are different to the ones in the UK. If you are unsure if they're fake, check that the buttons say Evisu, there is a LOT no. stamped inside, that they are definately made on antique jeans looms (check for selvedge when you turn them up) and that the number on the tag on the back is stamped and not printed. Few ideas when spotting fakes. Most on eBay are fake though! Evisu is the most copied brand in the world at the moment and is rapidly becoming worn only by scallies!

Definately don't rely on the labels though. Never understood why people think that if the labels are real, so is the product. If someone can fake a pair of jeans convincingly, the label is a piece of pish!
