you can get 2.1 XE ones from places that specialise in that work. I looked into it when i had my 8v and was gonna put a 2.1 bottom end on.

i will be fitting 87 or 88 mm pistons to my 8v if i can find a head gasket

Give the guys at www.ferriday.co.uk a ring they can make you one up to whatever thickness you want.I had a copper one done there and they really know they`re stuff.
