Trying to find a new flat, I emailed an estate event to arrange a viewing for a 2 bedroom in a block in the city centre and got an email back saying it was gone but suggested another they had. I asked for a link and got an email back with a link to their home page, which was useful. Looked up the address and all I can find is houses that I assume are split into flats about 5 miles from the centre.
The last one we looked at was an open plan penthouse, 2 beds but no bloody doors or ceilings, just dividing walls. The guy couldn't understand why we weren't interested!
Are they all this useless? Anyone in Liverpool recommend a good one?

Where you looking? No agents to recommend but there's normally no shortage of choice in city centre stuff.

its a little bit fritzel...
not worth finding somewhere slightly out the area and training it in? I live a stones throw from the station and rent a 3 bedroom house near ormskirk, 2 gardens, drive way office blah blah for under 600 a month...

Wanna be as central as possible, in and out of Uni all day so like being able to go home for lunch and between lectures.

Some are useless, like any business. Pick up the phone if you're seriously interested in something you see.

I'm going to at weekend I think, it's just easier of an evening to fire off a few emails because they're usually closed after tea time.
