As above, say I clicked on a video on my phone , can I be charged to watch it without putting in any details? Clicked on a video quite a few times , then got about 15 texts saying thanks for watching our video, charged at £4.50 . God knows how they got my number. Was an educational video incase anyone wondered.

The answer would be appear to be yes, you can be charged.

Number is sometimes available to the web server on certain networks although I did think that flaw had be closed -

yes you can, ring up your phone company and tell them you didnt sign up for it or they will keep taking the money as a subscription
