im looking for a dash cam for my car. not for trackdays or anything just to record my daily driving as i had a old man roll into the front of my car and said i hit him so just after a dash cam incase anything happens like this again
any reccomendations not looking to spend a fortune under £50

I use smartcam 2, available on eBay. Great budget cam for what i need. Takes a 32 gb sd card and records all my road driving

Do you guys disconnect them and put them in the glove box each time you park up? I'd have one myself if it wasn't for them seeming like such a ball ache, the above combined with a wire dangling down to my cig lighter socket.

No mine sits behind the rear view mirror all the time and never moves. I ran the cable under headlining, down the A pillar, under glove box and pops out straight into cig lighter without looking a mess. The top of my windscreen is a little darker so it's not really to noticeable but it's not that big anyway
