I've got a HAL104 pat tester as I'm building a production line at work, some of the portable units are greater than 13A but the HAL103 is on a 13A plug top. I could do with getting earth leakage results which means a full run test but shall I just make do with Earth Bond and IR? Not sure what the requirements are for supplying leakage results in the documentation.

I'm testing items that are up to 32A, Both single and three phase. I know I can use a single phase adapter but I have no idea how that will work for a load / leakage test.

If its over 13a load don't think you need to iirc. Ill find out tomorrow, can't you split load down I.e elements , doing gantry etc? I'd just do that and write how you did it on notes.

That's my other option yeah, it's a 3 phase chassis with different single phase equipment in various chassis to make up a full restaurant counter. I wanted to test the chassis complete though but thinking about I could test the chassis as one unit and the items within as individual items.
