Has anyone ever used this company to host websites with?
I'm just trying to upload some files to a customer's website that is hosted with them via FTP and it is taking a stupidly long time!
Just wondered if it's a problem from my end or whether it's to do with their servers.
Passive mode is set in my FTP client as per their instructions BTW.

I've had to use them recently, not very impressed with them overall but the ftp upload speed was fine. I didn't follow any instructions, just bumped the details into filezilla.
