Picking up my missus new car on Friday night and want to get a good amount of wax on it before she starts driving it.
It's a creamy white colour and want a nice wax that isn't a bitch to remove.
What's the most durable and any links to sites so can order it asap?
Also what would be best polish for it for when it gets a bit older?
Cheers

Werkstat Acrylic Kit is supposed to be the dogs balls for white/silver. £60 but you get polish, wax and a QD spray.
I'll be picking some up next time I strip down the Scooby.

Dodo Juice Supernatural if you're dead set on a wax or Werkstat Acrylic which isn't a wax, it's a sealant, but works well on light-coloured cars.

Is there a decent universal wax as this will only get done every couple of months so I can use it on my cars aswell. Really want it less that £35 ish.

AutoGlym HD wax is lovely, looks great on anything, costs about £40, comes with microfibres and applicator pads.

Does wax really work better on different cars?
I bet you could use a so called dark car wax on a light car and no one would notice.
I hear autogylm hd wax is ok. Or a collinite. As with anything like this. I find the best thing is regular cleaning and waxing rather than paying for expensive wax with loads of claims.
I find myself use dodo juice red mist after a clean. Too miserable outside to spend hours applying and buffing off several different layers of product.

Typically Wax for darker/deep colours and Sealant for lighter/cold colours.
If you can taste the difference between tesco wine and £2k wine you've got the wax nailed tbh.

Rub the whole car over with a fresh bee's nest and then buff off with a well worn pillow case.

Sealant for a white car in my opinion as said I've got Auto Finesse Tough Coat on my Corsa at the minute. Such an easy product to apply/remove and the results are fantastic!
