Also glad it didn't come with the Aero rear bumper as I'm not a fan, Much prefer the standard S rear.

You can't actually get a R53 JCW. They're Cooper S' that have had the works tuning kit fitted either at the factory or at a later date. R56 you can get a factory JCW though which is what I have.

I thought it was a JCW if the car came from John Cooper Garages? And a Works if it had a dealer/factory fit Works pack.
What's the crack with cylinder heads, the Works one flows better does it not, so that's the one to go for?

Yeah, it's only the inlet and exhaust ports which are slightly bigger I think. But they use the standard exhaust manifold and inlet as the others so can't imagine it makes a massive difference?
