Most woman in the workplace seem to have a totally different perspective of hard work imo

Might not be every single woman but the vast majority of those that i've witnessed think they are working hard, earning money, but tbh they end up doing shitty paperwork jobs that the government has invented to keep the economy going and giving woman some employment.

They aren't doing anything that's mentally or physically hard work, just shit mind numbing work that doesn't really involve a skill or area of specialty, but some patience and inventing silly little systems of how to store paper.

The woman in question appears to be a software developer which is mentally difficult and involves a fair bit of skill in a fairly broad range of specialities and a fair bit of patience.

she was a developer evangelist.. which isnt a developer. She basically talks to developers and other teams to win them over and support the company she is an evangelist for. She's a technical PR girl.

100% this. Professional trouble maker with a massive chip.

Thing is people can almost make a career out of this. There was a woman recently who had done at least 5 harassment/discrimination/unfair dismissal type cases and was either awarded big payouts or settled out of court.
