You can get superglue remover, no idea what's in it though. If I was you I would get some of that (iirc b&q sell it) and pop down to a scrap yard and put a bit on a panel to see if it damages the paint. If not then try it on you're car.

Or just buy some tar and glue remover. That's been designed to remove tar and glue from paintwork....
