Filled engine with oil started cranking over.


Oil everywhere been box and block.

So fkin pissed off its unreal.

Ideas apart from crank seal? Floor outside my house is fkin ruined.

Engine holds oil with slow drip seems to come out when cranking

If its between block and box can only be crank seal

Buy yourself a new clutch aswell mate. I know you don't want to hear it but if its thrown alot of oil out the seal it will of saturated the clutch and ruined it :/.
Hope it hasn't though mate but just a heads up

nope box needs to come off no matter what if its end seal.

That's what I thought, just trying to understand why sump has to come off, I know he knows what's his doing, I just don't understand lol

Unless he wants to make sure it's not leaking from sump to block , gearbox end as it would look like the crank seal has gone if it is that

ive had it before on one of the taxi's i look after
although that had been driven for a while with it leaking so you might be ok

daft question like but are you sure its engine oil and not gearbox oil? i cant quite see what it looks like on the video

Yeah, also I've had the gearbox full up for ages now. Started soon as put engine oil in
