does anyone on here suffer from a b12 vitamin deficiency? do you have injections for it?

yes but my body cant absorb it so have to have jabs for life now suppose to make you perk up and feel great, hmmm so how come iv felt like im dying for the past week since starting them

iv been to the drs i didnt just guess i had a deficiency im having 3 injections a week from the nurse

Ask for a test at Doctor, he looked at me like i was mad and told me that deficiency is only in 3rd world countries, and laughed at me when i asked if deficiency can cause depression, even thou, on the VERY NHS PATHOLOGY website, it states, deficiency can cause depression, lethargy etc

Heres the test if anyone wants to be sure there ok
