Hi guys,
Been making a new site the last 48 hours, please note I have no experience in this before so if it doesn't look like much for about 10 hours work go easy on me.
Just after thoughts and input so far, logo still to go on and text is pretty random most places just to get an idea on the look.

Thanks.

I quite like it. Only thing i would say is have an 'about us' page and drop the mission etc from the footer. That way you can add more detail about you guys and stops the footer being massive.

Looks good! What software are you using? Looks like Serif Webplus?

It looks pretty reasonable although as mentioned, i'd move the 'About Us' blurb to it's own page along with 'Our Mission' and i would move the 'Contact Form' (rename that to 'Contact Us' or something) and stick it on the Contact page. I'm also not sure about the 'pin hole' effect section on the background, might look better as a solid colour, and similarly i'm not sure about the 'breadcrumbs', placement looks a little cack to me.
And personally i'd remove Cufon and just use standard fonts as it still causes issues with copying text (you should be able to select it and on some browsers it works but not all) and rendering always looks pants to me.
You're doing well though if it's a few hours worth of work and you haven't touch WP before.

It's a theme on top of Wordpress CMS.

Still got to put Facebook into it and a wall feed.
Aswell as work out how the hell you add images to posts with a text wrap around too!

Dom, what are breadcrumbs?
And point taken on the footer, that's the plan, I just wanted to fill it for now!

That's just an address for me to work on it. Not the actual one

Part of the navigation that allow links back to previous pages.
So in your case when you navigate to a page you have a small section just below the menu bar that says 'You are here: Home › Services' etc
To remove you might need to edit the Dice theme though.
As for the text wrapping, WP does allow you to do it although iirc the theme has to support it (you might be able to bodge it in).
Edit - Look here - http://codex.wordpress.org/Wrapping_Text_Around_Images

Ah ok, I always wandered what they were?
If you don't mind me picking your brain a bit Dom, on the product section, I can't work out how when you click Products from the header to make it display categories first and then the products inside? Baffles me!
Edit - thanks for the above looks like what I need!

It looks like you're using a page to display your products - are you using a plugin for your product listings? Having a category archive isn't too difficult, but it depends on how you've got the site setup.

How are you doing the products - is it just a standard page you've used? Or are you using some form of WP shopping cart/ecommerce plugin?
If it's just pages then use the product page for product categories and then create and link to product pages. It'll also be easier if you use 'Post Name' permalinks (under settings) rather than the default.
Edit - Just make sure you select the 'Products' as the parent (on the Pages 'Add New') on individual product pages (you can hide/show sub-menus on the menu bar if need be).
