Yes they will, but without the signature, nothing will come of it. Its a loop-hole of the system. The courts will just announce that since the original documents have not been signed, you are free to leave without charge. Or this was the case over the last couple of months.

no all they will do is send you back a letter saying if you don;t sign then you'll be done for perverting the course of justice and be given a penalty and fine of the smae as the crime. although you are being asked to confess which is illegal

I would have a search about for info as the only one that take forward pics are the truvelo and the specs cameras. a gatso only takes pictures oneway. so unless you got done by any of those

I had a similar thing was thinking about my credit card or something, went past a camera on the other side of the road, it flashed... no lines on my side of the road at about 50 in a 30 or so, nothing happened, didn't expect anything to happen.

u cant get done by a gatso on the other side of road unless there are lines in both directions. In which case it is not a normal camera.

hmm, as he said there were lines on both sides!!!
I know of camera's that can get both sides and there's only 1 camera and lines on both sides...
There's one on slough trading estate... right in the middle.
Gutted to hear you got caught - makes me feel sick just thinking about getting caught. I had a nightmare the other day about speed camera's... I dreamt I got caught twice (IT SEEMED SO REAL AT THE TIME) and I woke up thinking 'Was that a dream or did that happen?'

in auto express or whatever that weekly car mag is it said that that dont sign it thing was tru but the loophole is done up now so i would just pay the fine and dont speed in future - unless u can do 170mph+ and hence get buy withouth it goign off, but doing that in a 30 is surley gonna be dangerous.
