In short, seller fucked me aorund and owes me $80. Doesnt seem to want to pay and I cant really do anything to get the money back.
Can I buy another item from him, not pay and then immediately leave him negative feedback?

Take it you didn't pay through paypal?
Yes you could do that, but don't do it straight away as it'll scream suss and I've had them removed by ebay before doing the same. You'd also need to pay for the item too.
If you do repeated ones with the same account as suggested above and he appealed to ebay, it's likely they'd remove them. So do it yes, but do it strategically.

Why can't you do anything about it? Dispute?

Yeah you can, but he'll just do a NPB strike on you and ebay will remove it.

TBH even just signing up a new account and buying up all his stuff will cause him an immense amount of ass ache, even if the rest of ebay users don't know it

The best bit is, it will give him a false sense of hope first thinking he's made a killing today (probs even order loads more stock), then his dreams will be shattered in a couple of weeks when you haven't paid. Then he'll have to do a load of NPB strikes and go through the ass ache ebay put you through.
However, to be fair on the guy, he did give you a refund You're just a slow ass who missed the boat.
