Diagnosed with cancer

Seems fairly confident they've caught it early and he'll beat it though.

I reckon he could live long enough to not worry about it.

Not that I know about these things.

Thought he was going to be a Pedro then, seems everyone else his age was.

Shame about the cancer - he's getting on a bit, so done well to get this far without too many major illnesses.

Complete and utter legend. Like John Motson. Way, way, way before my time they were doing their thing, but at least I can say I grew up with those guys still at their best

Sad to hear that, though.

Yeah right! That would be pretty awesome. Wonder if it will ever happen in our lifetime.

Depends on how greedy the Governments and the Pharmaceutical companies are, as with a cure all major funding will stop.

Yes but cost of product per patient compared to funding in finding a cure, will be not in their favour. Hemp and Cannabis extracts of Oil which contains Cannboids may combat cancer. But as the word cannabis is used the Governments turn there back on it in favour of the Big Pharmaceutical companies world wide. As this oil can be produced by the likes of me and you in you're kitchen. Hemp and cannabis have been used for medicinal use for century's. Have a read up on Cannabiods and Rick Simpsons.

i'd say the company's biggest issue will be the huge public demand to make the product free, in which case theyll just demand huge subsidies form governments again. its win win for pharmas, believe me.

my old company (Abbott Labs) created a product that cures certain forms of arthritis (humira) and struggeld for 6 months between sellign and givign away and i beliueve eventually went for selling and got hammered for it
