I'd like to think i'd give it back, but i've found stuff before and returned them only to be told I shouldn't be touching their belongings.

Couldn't believe it.

Also lost my wallet once in college and some pikey cunt had taken the 30 quid out and chucked the wallet away. Was found by a cleaner in the ladies toilets. Knew who it was but couldn't prove it.
