As said above

something that keeps them on but something you can take them off and it not being a bitch to scrape off . Any suggestions ?

Why do you want to take them off once there on? Just tigerseal them and they wont come off again

Or else get new arches and nuts, there less than £50 for 4 iirc

Well when I got the car the rub strips where off and it had left a mark on the door where they had been so that's why I'm putting them back on , as for the arch trims , I took my front bumper off and the clips on the back of the trims where broke and they where siliconed on , so instead of replacing them I was just gonna stick them back on
