Halfords with a trade card is a good buy. I bought a pretty cheap draper one off ebay, 3/8 drive for smaller stuff

My personal opinion but for suspension stuff, as long as its tight then I wouldnt worry. Only things I bother torquing is wheel nuts really, hub nuts now and again. Suspension I'll get it pretty tight with the ratchet / spanner then a wee extra nip with a breaker bar sometimes

A tool man or a parts factors with a tool dept would be your best bet Carl.

I wouldn't buy one just for doing suspension, only time I've ever used one is for head bolts. But maybe that's just me

Machine Mart do a Clarke one for 35ish, mine seems decent but no idea how accurate!

Used it on suspension, brakes and wheels.

I really shouldn't but I also use it as a breaker bar as its my longest wrench. Must get a proper bar.

I used a torque wrench for my whole mx bike rebuild, wouldn't have been without it.

Nope Ken, with the exception of 911 soft wheel nuts, i'm the same.

Everything else gets air gun, air ratchet, or hand tools if too fragile, or inaccessible with air tools.
