How do people drill them? Any templates out there? Also were can I get spigot rings from to stop wheel wobble?

If you're after disks for V6 calipers, get meriva ones they're the tiniest smaller disk size but are 4 stud

Oh yea mate Ino but just got some ebc drilled and grooved from a mate brand new so want to use them lol

You can get the spigot rings on ebay for £11ish (griffin i think)and a template downloaded from tinternet.
Using vecci 288 discs?
