good old main stealers eh. And people think they are the best places to go!

My sisters BM came back after a bump (not repaired at BM though) and it was shocking. Still had a broken headlight and they just completely forgot to put the proper number plate plinth on. Just screwed it straight into the bumper.

Personally I wouldn't trust a small body shop that slags off other people's work as they sound like pricks.

Any in particular??

Sounds like you have some beef with small body shops, might be worth naming them so people know who to avoid.

I knew that, just wanted to see if he had the balls to say them, instead of beating around the bush.

Looks alot better now. They don't fit perfectly flush anyway. Duno what the damage was before but the rear bumper probably would of been fully coloured and obviously all lacquered, if they went into door would of been about half ish coloured and lacquered out

I always work on the assumption that the main dealers have loads of people therefore the relatively unskilled jobs like building it back up go to a minimum wage school leaver.

Yep, then said school leaver will leave after screwing a few number plates on and then tell people they are an ex-BMW mechanic.

I meet loads of people who say they know an ex VW mechanic. Wtf does it really mean?
