item im watching finishes in 3 hours and I cant log on via app or internet

could they have banned me? that twat still owes me money and i sent them a very sternly worded messgae a few days ago :/

just says my username or password is incorrect :/

Sounds to me like someone their end has royally fucked up or they have been hacked somewhere along the lines

Every time I log in I get signed out after 5 seconds or so. Saying 'this session has expired'. That's on the android app.
